Welcome to NovaLuxe Home Cleaning. These terms outline our mutual commitment to excellence, respect, safety, and reliability for every home we enter.

Acceptance of Agreement

By requesting a quote, booking a service appointment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Service Agreement. NovaLuxe Home Cleaning provides professional luxury residential cleaning services across the San Francisco Bay Area under the operational standards detailed herein.

Booking, Scheduling & Access

We strive to arrive within our scheduled arrival window. To ensure our professionals can complete their work to the highest standard, clients agree to:

  • Provide safe, unhindered access to the residence during the confirmed cleaning window (via presence, doorman, keypad code, or secure lockbox).
  • Secure pets that may be anxious around cleaning equipment or unfamiliar visitors.
  • Ensure running water and electricity are functional during the appointment.

100% Eco-Friendly Promise & Care Standards

NovaLuxe exclusively utilizes premium, certified eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products. Our color-coded micro-fiber system prevents cross-contamination across kitchen, bathroom, and living areas.

If your home features delicate surfaces (such as unsealed natural stone, antique woods, or specialty fixtures) requiring custom solutions, please notify our team in advance via contact@novaluxesc.com.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and the schedule of our dedicated cleaning professionals. We request at least 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or lockout situations where our team cannot enter may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate our professionals for reserved time.

Satisfaction Guaranteed (24-Hour Re-Clean Policy)

Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. While we do not offer cash refunds for completed services, our commitment is backed by our 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee:

If any area included in your service plan falls short of expectations, contact us within 24 hours at contact@novaluxesc.com or call (650) 247-5945. We will return to re-clean the specific area promptly at no additional charge.

Safety, Bonding & Liability Protection

NovaLuxe operates with comprehensive general liability insurance and bonding. All team members undergo rigorous vetting, background checks, and professional training.

Please secure irreplaceable heirlooms, high-value jewelry, or fragile items prior to cleaning visits. In the rare event of accidental damage during service, please notify us immediately at contact@novaluxesc.com within 24 hours.
